📦 Jiujitsu Works – Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

 

 

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

All products at Jiujitsu Works are made-to-order, produced only after you place your order through our store. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Each item is manufactured at the fulfillment partner’s selected production facility before shipping. Because production is custom and begins after checkout, please allow processing time before shipping begins. Estimated fulfillment generally ranges from 2–7 business days depending on product type and availability. 

 

2. Shipping Regions

 

We currently ship only within the United States — including the 50 states and U.S. territories served by U.S. carriers. International shipping is not available at this time. This policy ensures faster delivery and better tracking for all customers. (Domestic only)

 

3. Multiple Shipment Tracking

 

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if:

  • Items are produced in different Printify facilities,

  • Products have different fulfillment times, or

  • Express and standard shipping methods are combined.

In these cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel so you can track each shipment individually.

 

 

4. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

 

Shipping times depend on the option selected at checkout and the fulfillment provider. Typical U.S. delivery estimates are:

📍 Standard Shipping:

  • Economy / standard transit: ~2–7 business days after fulfillment.

 

📍 Priority / Expedited Options:

  • Some products may offer Priority Shipping or other upgraded methods for faster delivery, when available.

 

📍 Express Delivery:

  • Where offered, eligible products can be delivered within 2–3 business days after fulfillment. Express Delivery is subject to eligibility and available on select product types (e.g., t-shirts) within the contiguous U.S. 

 

Note: Transit times begin after the production and fulfillment process completes; these are estimates, not delivery guarantees.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs vary based on:

  • Product type and size,

  • Shipping method selected at checkout,

  • Printify provider’s rates.


Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. They are not included in the product price and are collected at the time of purchase. 

 

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues


Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Jiujitsu Works and Printify are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


PO Box deliveries:

  • Supported for standard delivery within the U.S.

  • PO Boxes may not be supported for certain expedited or express services. 

 

 

7. Tracking & Notifications

 

Once your items have shipped, you will receive one or more shipment confirmation emails containing tracking details. Tracking allows you to monitor your delivery status directly through your carrier.

 

8. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

 

Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand,

  • Weather or carrier disruptions,

  • Provider stock or logistics issues.
